KeepUp is an early-stage product designed to help people stay intentionally connected to the people who matter most. Because the app involves personal relationship data, your privacy matters.

When you use KeepUp, you may provide:

- Contact details you choose to add
- Notes and interaction history related to those contacts
- Reminder preferences
- Feedback submitted through the beta form
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the app.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to:
- Operate the KeepUp application
- Generate reminders based on your preferences
- Improve product functionality
- Respond to feedback
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not share your contact information with third parties, except as needed to operate the service as described below.
3. Third-Party Services
KeepUp relies on trusted third-party providers to operate:
- Stripe – for payment processing (if applicable)
- Neon – for secure database hosting
- Vercel – for application hosting
These providers may process data as required to operate the service, but KeepUp does not sell or distribute your personal information.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the information you enter into KeepUp.
As this is a beta product, data management features (such as export or deletion tools) may evolve over time. If you would like your data removed, you may contact us directly.
5. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. However, as with any online service, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Beta Disclaimer
KeepUp is currently in beta. Features and data handling processes may evolve as the product develops. Feedback helps shape how privacy and data management improve over time.
